I went to write something and there it was exactly what I wanted to say except you had said it 

I went to pour my soul and it was already spilled in your words

Over the past month I have learned a lot about myself. I’ve slept really late, ate way to much, got a dog (Reagan), started running, started writing again. For the first time in years I feel clear and composed.
